Almost every car driving down the road gets flat tires and had to be repaired at his garage. One day, a monk was going to the village to release the soul of a dead person from suffering. While driving down the road, he too gets a flat tire. He and Hou argue over the cost of the tire repair, and eventually the monk has no choice but to pay Hou and leave frustrated.
