Yan Yan wishes to bring her girlfriend home during the Lunar New Year, causing shame and anger in her father. Rosario, a migrant from the Philippines, tries to intervene into the heated argument on the street. It turns out to be a performance by an invisible theatre troupe and Yan Yan invites Rosario to join their group. During the workshops, Rosario recalls past moments with Lila, her ex-lover back in the Philippines. That night she receives a package from Lila, and reconnects with feelings long suppressed.
