Episode Three centres on the life of Steven (Ashley Walters) Irresponsible, bed-hopping Steven is amazed to learn that his ex-wife Danielle lied about moving to Spain with their two sons and is living with them in Derby. Taking a day out he snatches them from school though ultimately Danielle agrees that he should have access to them. He takes them out in the truck with him, although it is against the rule, but not only must be make up for his time off he finds looking after them harder going than he imagined as they demand stops for the toilet and find his on-board collection of porn. To top it all his actions are exposed when the lorry is stolen with the boys on board though they are later safely found. Danielle now tries to stop him from seeing his sons and he gets punched by the husband of one of his girl-friends. As a result he determines to change and be more responsible.
